Delete your HomeKeep account

HomeKeep is made by Raise Profits Inc. You can delete your HomeKeep account and its data at any time.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open HomeKeep and sign in.
2. Tap More, then Account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Type DELETE (and your password, if you use one) and tap Delete my account.

Your account is deleted right away.

Or ask us by email

If you cannot use the app, email support@gohomekeep.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm and delete your account and data within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (email, name, phone, password and sign-in links)
• Your homes, equipment, tasks, service history, costs, notes and warranties
• All photos and documents you uploaded
• Your reminder settings, notification tokens and support messages

Everything is removed from our live systems right away. Copies in backups are erased within 30 days. We may keep limited records longer only if the law requires it.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google. Cancel it in your phone’s subscription settings (see Support).

Before deleting, you can download everything in the app: More → Account → Export my data.
